2012 YEARBOOKS ON SALE

BUY NOW – LAST CHANCE TO ORDER IS JANUARY 30, 2012!

The 2012 hardcover yearbook will contain about 75 pages, including:

• pages on each grade level and homeroom class,
• coverage of specialists classes and electives, and
• pictures from the Fun Run, Fall Frenzy, holiday parties, field trips, and many other school activities.

The regular order deadline for 2012 has passed, and we are now in a late order grace period, when yearbooks can be purchased online at a higher cost of $40. No online or school orders will be taken after January 30.

PAY BY CHECK
Online ordering through Jostens is a big help to both the PTO and the yearbook staff.  But we are also happy to take payment by check – the cost is $40 per book until January 30, 2012.  No books will be sold after January 30.

You can write a check to “ROE PTO,” and please write “yearbook” and your child’s name & teacher on the memo line.  Drop off the check in the yearbook locker in the kindergarten hall.

DONATE
If you would like to donate a yearbook to an ROE family, please either do so online (look for the donation option), or drop a check for $30 made out to ROE PTO in the Yearbook Locker and put “Donation” in the memo line.

NEW FAMILIES
Families of new students enrolling during spring semester may purchase a yearbook at a cost of $30 from a limited supply of extra copies ordered for this purpose. Purchase must be made before delivery in May. Please email us for purchase instructions:  yearbook@riveroakspto.org

NEED A COPY OF LAST YEAR’S YEARBOOK?
We have five leftover copies for sale at a price of $30 each – email the yearbook team if you are interested.

SPIRIT ADS
Text-only dedications are priced at $10 for every 25 words. Use this opportunity to congratulate your little roadrunner for a successful year, thank the amazing faculty and staff at ROE, or any other positive and appropriate message you’d like to share with the ROE community. Please leave a check (made out to ROE PTO) and your dedication in the yearbook locker in the kindergarten hallway. Deadline is March 1, 2012

BUSINESS ADS
Ads are available for businesses in the back of the yearbook with a donation to the ROE PTO yearbook budget — layout services provided by the yearbook staff, if needed. If you own a business (or know of a business owner), this is an opportunity to have a permanent advertisement in place, as families will repeatedly read their yearbook over a number of years. Full page = $275, Half page = $150. Final page of book is $350.

PHOTO UPDATE

Please contribute photos. See list below for needed photos – or contact us for a specific assignment. We are in dire need of photos from specialist and elective classes. However, we are no longer accepting photographs for fall activities such as Fun Run, Holiday Parties, etc – those pages are filled – thank you for all your submissions!
