Volunteers needed for 2012-2013 Yearbook Committee

Yearbook ordering is closed for 2012, and the yearbook has gone to press. Please check back on this web page in May for updates about the delivery date and in August 2012 to buy your 2013 yearbook.

NEED A COPY OF LAST YEAR’S YEARBOOK?
We have five leftover copies of the 2011 yearbook for sale at a price of $30 each – email the yearbook team if you are interested.

NEW FAMILIES
Families of new students enrolling during spring semester may purchase a yearbook at a cost of $30 from a limited supply of extra copies ordered for this purpose. Purchase must be made before delivery in May. Please email us for purchase instructions:  yearbook@riveroakspto.org

DONATE
If you would like to donate a yearbook to an ROE family, please drop a check for $30 made out to ROE PTO in the Yearbook Locker and put “Donation” in the memo line.


VOLUNTEER
Volunteers are needed to assist with distributing the yearbooks in May.  The 2011-2012 yearbook committee members are:  Carolyn Foug, Amy Allen, Elaine Britt, and Celeste Wagner. Please e-mail us at yearbook@riveroakspto.org  if you would like to volunteer.

A new team of volunteers is needed for the 2012-2013 school year – please email us or PTO leadership if you are interested in designing and compiling this important publication.

Please contact us if you are interested in being a “go-to” photographer for the 2012-2013 school year – this will involve accepting specific assignments as well as taking photos whenever you see a good opportunity and submitting them to the editors.

We also need great managers to fill the following leadership roles:

  • Sales Manager
  • Photography Coordinator / Editor
  • Public Relations / Distribution Coordinator

We would love to hear any creative ideas for the 2012-2013 yearbook. We welcome any feedback or suggestions.
