Overview

The Carnival is historically held in March or April each year in the ROE playground area. Through the years, the Carnival has grown into a major fundraiser for ROE and offers many items for all members of the family, from games and food to shopping among tables of local artists.

The Carnival requires an extensive effort from our volunteers in many areas, such as planning, soliciting donations and booth sponsors, setup, breakdown and cleanup, working the booths, and supporting each other.
