What Are the ROE PTO By-Laws?

The ROE PTO by-laws have been recently updated and were approved at the April 9 PTO General Meeting. The by-laws can be found here.

New Date for ROE Carnival

The date for the ROE Carnival has changed. The new date is Saturday, May 10 from 11am-4pm. Save the date. The carnival will be a lot of fun and you won't want to miss it!!

Room Parents: If you have not already done so, please go to the ROE Carnival website and sign your class up for a booth. There are lots of great booths to choose from, but if you don't find one you like, feel free to create your own. Email Wendy Sides or Valerie McNeel to submit new booth suggestions.

After-School Program Update

The third and final installment payment is due March 7th, if you have not paid your After School registrations in full. If you wish to make this payment by credit card, you can only do so at the The ROE Store. After you login to the secure site, click on "Make a payment" in the right margin. You will have the option to enter your payment amount and process securely on your credit card. You can process your final one-third payment or any outstanding balance. You can also send your check to the After School office, as usual.

About Our PTO

ROE has a very active Parent-Teacher Organization whose goals include:

	fostering better understanding of the learning process through communication between parents/guardians and faculty
	helping to meet the needs of students through cooperation between family and school
	supporting the school through volunteer and financial assistance
	promoting gifted and talented education
